Elise Kelsey steps up as Managing Director of Aim Hire after 7 years being mentored by her father Ray Kelsey to take on the role. Elise has an Honours Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate in Publishing and previously held the role of Marketing Manager at Aim Hire.  Previous roles were in marketing and publishing as well as running a family business. As Managing Director of Aim Hire, Elise will continue to build and grow the business as did her father before her.

Ben Sinclair has been with Aim Hire for 3 years. He comes to Aim Hire with a construction industry and sales background. Ben is people focused and is leading the charge in customer acquistion, customer relations and business development.

Tom Galletly

Operations Branch Manager Bayswater Aim Hire Phone: 03 9720 4455 Tom has been with Aim Hire for over 7 years in a logistics management role and has seamlessly stepped into the role of Bayswater Branch Operations Manager. Prior to Aim Hire,  Tom was with the Onsite Rental Group and also spent 15 years with the Japanese company ASG where he utilised his Degree in Engineering. Tom is a great asset to Aim Hire and will help lead the business into the next phase of growth and development.

Brad Gormley

Brad Gormley commenced employment with Aim Hire in 2011 and was soon afterwards promoted to Manager at our Geelong Branch. Brad has a background in transport and logistics at the Salvation Army and comes to Aim as an all rounder with great sales and interpersonal skills. Brad oversees our regional branches in his newly appointed role as Regional Branch Manager.

Jason Price has been appointed Bendigo Branch Supervisor for Aim Hire. Jason has been with Aim Hire for several years and promoted throughout the organisation and recently to the role of Bendigo Supervisor in 2017.

Paul Thomas has been with Aim Hire for over 10 years. Paul worked at the Laverton Branch of Aim Hire for many years before transferring to head office. Having work his way up through Aim Hire Paul now leads operations at Aim Hire Laverton. Paul brings not only a depth of experience at Aim,  but great customer service skills
