A: Aim Hire has offices in Bayswater, Laverton, Geelong, Bendigo and agents in Warrnambool and Sale. We will deliver to you throughout most of Victoria from these bases.
A: Aim Hire is wholly Australian owned and operated and has proudly been that way since we began. Our portable toilets are Australian made for Australian conditions.
Aim Hire is open Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 5 pm.
A: For the most part, we deliver weekdays between 7 am and 5 pm, however, we do schedule some deliveries for weekends. With functions and events, we can also drop off on Friday and pick up on Monday to suit your needs.
A: This depends on how many people the toilet will be servicing and for how long. Generally speaking residential building sites will only require 1 toilet. Larger construction projects, however, may require a toilet block which we can also supply. For functions and events you may require anywhere from 1 to 100 toilets depending on the event itself. As a general rule we recommend 1 toilet per 100 people. However, we strongly suggest you talk to us about your specific needs.
A: No – We do have sewer connect toilets available, but our regular stand alone chemical toilets do not need to be connected to the sewer.
A: Aim Hire portable toilets have large holding tanks that will take up to 650 uses. You can book a regular pump and clean with us or call on an ‘as needs’ basis. However, WorkSafe recommends fortnightly pump and cleans.
A: Yes. Aim Hire only hires hygienic fresh water flush toilets. We do not hire recirculating toilets. Recirculating toilets add chemicals to the waste and recycle the waste through the flushing system. They are not allowed on building sites in Victoria and we do not recommend them for function hire.
A: You can hire a toilet with Aim Hire for one day to one year and beyond, depending on your individual needs. Many builders like to take out a minimum hire period of 14 weeks as this is cost effective.
A: Aim Hire plastic portable toilets are 2.3m high x 1.1m wide and 1.2m deep. Our colorbond toilets are 2.4m high x 1m wide x 1.23m deep. We also have portable disabled toilets which are 2.3m high x 1.95m wide x 1.95m deep. Aim Hire has toilet blocks which are 3m x 2.4m (2 pan with urinal); 3.6m x 3m (3 pan with urinal); and 6m x 3m (4 pan with urinal).
A: Portable toilets weigh approximately 160kg when empty and 700kg when full.
A: Generally speaking building site toilets utilise an opaque sky light for lighting purposes. Some of our Function toilets have a light with power for night events. You will need an extension lead to power this. Make sure you specify to your Aim Hire consultant if you’d like a toilet with a light for these events.
A: Yes we have single shower units and deluxe shower units with change area and separate sink. Shower units have gas powered how water units. These are simple click-in, click-out bottles, and the first one’s on us!
A: Our portable toilets have solid lifting lugs to safely crane your toilet onsite. Toilets should be placed on even and stable ground and be clear of overhanging power lines and trees for safe and easy access. We will also need access to site to pump and clean your toilet. We also have some trailer mounted toilets available.
A: Our temporary fencing panels are 3.3m long and 1.8m high. They come equipped with attractive blue caps to secure each panel together and concrete filled blue plastic feet for stability. We manufacture our fencing on site so we can tailor things such as barb wire, braces and hoarding to your requirements.
We also have temporary pool fencing which measures 1.2m x 2.4m.
A: All Aim Hire site offices come equipped with air conditioning. Depending on what you need your site office for, we can tailor accessories to your requirements. Site offices come in various sizes from 3×3.6 up to 12×3.
We also have a ticketing booth for hire, and strong steel waterproof shipping containers for storage.
