Unlike a regular portable toilet, which should never be moved once placed on site, a trailer mount can be moved as needed around a site. Crane trucks cannot unload within 6.4 meters of overhanging live powerlines – a particular problem in built up areas. Nor can regular portable toilets be delivered to the back of a site, because they can’t be moved once you build in front of them nor can they be accessed by pump trucks when waste removal is required. Even narrow alley ways exclude delivery of regular portable as crane trucks need a minimum of 4 meters width to ensure dog legs can be extended to safely crane portables onto site. Trees and overhanging branches can also hinder delivery via crane. Trailer mounted toilets on the other hand offer the versatility to be delivered wherever a standard vehicle can safely manoeuvre.
