House Keeping!

Over the past few months Aim Hire has been introducing many new and improved safety precautions in an effort to reduce the risk of Coronavirus to our staff and customers.
However, there are a few things that have remained constant thoughout this time and that is primarily the basic housekeeping principals we ask our customers to respectfully uphold. These things not only ensure the safety of everyone on site but also help keep work flow consistent and reduce the chances of additional charges that can apply is protocol is not followed.

Site amenities:
Portable toilets are there for your use, and the use of everyone else on site. Do not damage or tamper with them.
Toilets are checked in our yard before every delivery takes place to ensure they are clean and in working order, it is then up to trades to treat them in a way that maintains this.
Toilets will be placed on the most suitable, level position on site.We take photos of every site delivery and charges will apply if we have to return to site due to someone moving the toilet.
Do not flush foreign items into the waste tank or additional charges will apply.
Toilets are not to be used as storage cupboards. Building materials should not, in any circumstances, be left in the toilet. Aim Hire will complete regular service visits (as per agreements )to clean the toilets and replenish toilet paper. However, if there is building materials inside the toilet or blocking access to the toilet these services cannot take place due to OH&S risks.
For the sake of everyone on site, make an effort to flush the toilet after every use, and if needed Aim “Higher” so you keep the floor clean!

Fencing:
Fencing is designed to keep trades and members of the public safe. Do NOT tamper with it. Aim Hire will install fencing as instructed by our customers so long as installation directions also meets industry and council guidelines. It is imperative that fencing is not moved after installation, Aim Hire will install “gates” (which should always be opened inwards not onto footpaths) to allow access into site; there is no reason other panels should need to be moved. Aim Hire takes photos of all fencing installations and charges will apply if we are called back due to damaged or moved fencing that was installed correctly. Furthermore, if you believe fencing has been installed incorrectly we ask that you call our office immediately so this can be investigated and rectified.

Site signage:
Aim Hire has agreements to install fencing signage for a number of our customers, this signage is to stay on the fence – do NOT remove this signage or move it to anywhere else on site. To keep it short and memorable: Do not move, cover or damage signs. These are placed in position in case of emergencies. If there is an issue with site signage we recommend contacting the supervisor listed on the sign. Charges may apply if a site sign needs to be replaced due to tampering.

If you notice any issues with Aim Hire equipment this should be reported to our office immediately so we can investigate and take corrective actions.
