Aim Hire Managing Director, Elise Kelsey, was part of the ‘Women in Hire’ breakfast panel at last weeks ‘Hire and Rental Industry Associations’ Melbourne expo at the Melbourne Convention Centre. Elise has been part of the HRIA’s mentoring program for women in the hire industry. “My father, Ray Kelsey, was in the hire industry for 50 years and was a wonderful mentor to me. This felt like a great opportunity to give back. I’m particularly proud to be passing on my learnings from the unique perspective of one woman in hire to another.” The HRIA is looking for mentors and mentees for the current mentoring program.
